Your Emcees for the evening:

Maxine Earhart, Owner of Maxine’s On Shine

Maxine low rezAs co-owner of Maxine’s on Shine in Orlando’s Colonial town neighborhood, Maxine Earhart, knows the ingredients to success are high energy, celebrating the moment and other’s success, and not hesitating to share it with everyone.

That attitude propelled her to become Miss New York State in 1979, which aided her modeling career that included Karl Lagerfeld and Coco Chanel, while also dancing the night away at Studio 54 in New York City and singing with Bob Hope at the Copacabana.

Several years later, as Customer Relations Manager with Alfredo’s 300 seat restaurant at Walt Disney World, she oversaw connectivity for guests with the kitchen and everything in between. There, she refined her restaurant skills and used them to help guide her successful restaurant, Maxine’s on Shine with Chef George Vogelbacher. On most nights, you can find Earhart singing at the romantic eatery featuring 40s décor.

Earhart is wife, mother, and loves fashion. Over the past five years, she’s been heavily involved with Park Avenue Fashion Week, including tasks such as Food & Beverage Attaché to Director of the Emerging Designer competition.
