Isabella Morgia di Vicari is the co-owner of Orlando’s newest restaurant concept, The Meatball Stoppe, located in east Orlando and winner of the People’s Choice Award for the 2015 Pantry To Plate Chefs’ Challenge.

She is a first generation American born of Italian decent. Originally from Brooklyn, New York, Isabella moved to Orlando in 1970, where she was raised in her family’s restaurant businesses. Isabella’s love of cooking came from her namesake, her grandmother, who lived in the family home and had a huge influence on Isabella’s passion for Italian traditions and food.

Isabella’s mission is to bring the “Famiglia, to our community and ‘America’ back to the table.” The foundation of everything she stands for is brought to the table with exceptional food and extraordinary passion.

 

Lauren Deos-lauren-delgado-biolgado

Lauren Delgado is the food reporter for the Orlando Sentinel, covering the local food community and restaurants.

She writes three weekly columns for the Cooking and Eating section, Calendar entertainment magazine and the Travel & Arts section. Lauren posts daily content on her Twitter account @OS_LaurenD as well as her blog, Orlando Foodie, which can be found on the Orlando Sentinel website.

Lauren graduated the University of Florida with a degree in journalism. This native Floridian has worked for the Northwest Florida Daily News in Fort Walton Beach and the Jackson County Floridian in Marianna.

Peter Vossenberg is a highly credentialed Chef and Educator in the hospitality industry. With 40 years’ experience, a Masters degree in Education and multiple industry certifications as a chef, sommelier and educator, Peter leads his staff by example through his mantra of making life about a series of “teachable moments.”
Peter currently serves his guests as the Director of Food & Beverage for Westgate Lakes Resort and Spa, and serves his peers as the Vice President of the American Culinary Federation Central Florida Chapter.  His commitment to his craft is evident in his culinary abilities as well as his leadership skills.
